App doesn't allow you to sign up, keeps saying you have account. Then you can't reset password
the app is faulty the majority of the time..no explanation of how the app works or what benefits are..was informed use the receipt for points although no option of doing!
Good idea to introduce Rewards for loyal alcoholic customers. However, App is too prone for crashing. Can not even retrieve profile when App is restarted. Also antiviral software hates their wifi security when in the bars.
What an awful app! It can't remember the location or your table, it said payment failed but then charged me and the order actually went through, when you go back it cancel the entire order and you have to start from beginning. Just appalling. I would give it -10 stars if I could.
Worth it for the extra happy hour on weekdays but the secret menu does not work. Tried it on a pixel 3a and one plus 6t. "Not enough storage space" despite over 20GB available.

They dont honour the perks, theres always some reason why you cant use the Api hour, 'we dont accept it around Christmas' 'we dont accept it on these days' 'we dont accept it past this time' why offer customers a perk you dont want to honour, just dont offer it!
